“Michael's time with our group of YMCA professionals was inspiring to us all. As we work to help improve the lives of those in our community, his message of the power of being kind will now be spread throughout Northern New England. I can't tell you how many people came up to me throughout the rest of our conference to talk to me about changes they plan on making in their lives as a result of Michael's message. It was such a great way to kick off our conference!”

WISE Programs offer simple tools for improved emotional well-being while also concentrating on a common goal to make your workplace a Warm, Inclusive, Supportive, Environment.
The four main topics include:
Warmth: Developing habits to practice kindness, inspire unity, and enrich lives through thoughtful words and deeds. Mindful use of social media and technology is also part of the discussion.
Inclusiveness: Creating authentic connections by recognizing similarities, shared experiences, and the truth of the human condition; we are an all-inclusive (albeit dysfunctional) family that needs one another to survive and thrive.
Support: Mental health, resiliency, and overcoming life's difficulties become the focus during this segment while also acknowledging how active listening, empathy, and compassion can nurture healthy interpersonal relationships.
Environment: Committing to surroundings that foster warmth, inclusion, and support, along with a strong emphasis on wellness, appreciation, trust, safety, enthusiasm, and fulfillment.
